Payment: Our clients are required to make payment for our services in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement between Kudo Marketing and the client. Late payment may result in the suspension of our services until payment is received.

Confidentiality: Kudo Marketing understands the importance of confidentiality, and we will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including but not limited to, personal information, business information, and proprietary information.

Intellectual Property: Kudo Marketing retains all rights to the intellectual property created during the course of providing our services, including but not limited to, any graphics, logos, or content created for the client.

Termination: Either Kudo Marketing or the client may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the client must immediately cease using any and all intellectual property created by Kudo Marketing.

Limitation of Liability: Kudo Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or loss of business.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Kudo Marketing reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
